Best tool to drill a 1 inch hole, 15 inches deep into concrete foundation

Hi,

l need to drill a 1 inch hole, that is 15 inches deep into

a concrete foundation.l have a 1/2 inch hammer drill, but the bits

get your hands on a DeWalt DW475 rotary hammer. It carries SDS  
duckie
Max bits that can be as long as 3 ft. Its light enough not to tire you out

You could try renting a core drill, or a pneumatic rock drill.

use a hammer drill, rent dont buy, 15-25$ at most rental

Drill lots of little holes until you can get your drill bit to  
chavy..
the 15'' depth, then make good with sand and cement, after you have fixed
